By using the services that are available on the website www.sinnergirls.com you state that you have read and accepted these terms:

• To use this service you need to be at least 18 years of age.

• The service we provice is a subscription service that will be automatically extended and you will be charged every 2 weeks until you choose to terminte the service.

• The subscription service can at any time be canceled without prior notice. On cancelation the subscription will end when the subscription term has ended. 

• To cancel subscriptions paid with credit cards the support function on the website will be used (processing can take up to 48 hours). You can also contact us on support@sinnergirls.com with your Subscription ID to cancel your subscription. If you wish to cancel immediately, please visit support.ccbill.com.

• Sinnergirls is not responsible for future updates after you started the subscription service.

• The SMS subscription service is only available for swedish operators.

• The subscription password should be handled carefully and with secrecy. If you lost the password or think it might be used by someone else, this should be reported to support@sinnergirls.com immediately. A new password will then be issued to the user. Sinnergirls has the right to ban users sharing a password.

• Sinnergirls has the right to send out commercial messages via e-mail, sms or other distribution channel.

• All content on Sinnergirls is protected by copyright law. Any person re-distributing it in any form will be subject of prosecution.

• These terms, and any dispute or claim shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Sweden. Each Party irrevocably agrees that the courts of Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these terms or its subject matter or formation.

 

INTEGRITY POLICY VISITORS

In accordance with the Data Protection Ordinance (GDPR), which entered into force on May 25, 2018, we inform you about the information we save about our customers and for what purpose and what rights you have to access your own data, correct them or remove them.

We store the following personal information about our customers:
• Nickname
• E-mail address
• Phone number
• IP number

You agree that we store this information when you create an account.

Why we need to save the information:
Nickname is chosen by you as a customer and used to comment on the page. The nickname must not contain information that can be linked to yourself or another person.

The email address is used both for login and to ensure that you can easily regain control of your account if you forget your password. If you consent to this, we will also send you newsletters via e-mail.

Your rights

Disabling account means that all personal data associated with the account is deleted so that it can no longer be associated with a person, and that the account can no longer be used. Note that this means that we will not be able to restore your account later.

You agree that we store this information when you apply for a blog account and when the blog agreement is approved.

Why we need to save the information:
You choose a Blog name when you apply for a blog and it's used as the identity on the page. The blog name must not contain information that can be linked to yourself or another person.

The email address is used both for login and to ensure that you can easily regain control of your account if you loose your password. If you give your consent, we will also send you newsletters via e-mail.

No e-mail addresses are resold or shared to anyone without your consent, and we only send information via e-mail on justified and motivated occasions.

Phone numbers are stored to communicate with you.

Your rights

You also have the right to have your information corrected or changed, as you do by contacting our customer service or changing them yourself when you are logged in.

Please note that through the blog agreement you have approved that the notice period is 2 months. Your pictures and texts that you published are therefore visible on the blog during the notice period and the removal will be handled accordingly.

Personal information required for payment of salary is saved according to the requirements of the relevant authorities and reporting agencies and is handled with the utmost caution and is not visible to any third party.

 

CONTENT POLICY
