Content Reporting, Monitoring and Age verification

Introduction
Amigo Media AB specializes in adult content platform creation and has been operating since 2011. Our mission has always been to create safe platforms for both creators and consumers in the adult entertainment market where we operate.

Age verification
All performers on our platforms need to go through an onboarding process before being accepted and able to upload any content. This onboarding process is handled manually by our employees. We require the performer to upload an image with a valid photo ID next to their face for age and identity verification. The performer also needs to accept our terms of service to complete the process.

We require the performer to only publish content featuring persons who are of legal age and have given their explicit written consent. Performers are required to retain documentation verifying the age, identity and consent of all persons appearing in their content and provide this documentation upon our request. If the required documentation cannot be provided, the content will be removed from the platform.

Content monitoring
All content (posts on the timeline, exclusive Diamond content, private requests and comments) uploaded to the platform is subject to verification before it is published. Content may also be reviewed after publication if reports or concerns are received. Content may be temporarily disabled while under review if concerns arise regarding its legality, consent or compliance with our policies.

Violations we look for (although not exclusively) while monitoring content:

• Content that includes, suggests or refers to anyone under the age of 18.
• Content that appears to depict minors, or age-play scenarios that could reasonably be interpreted as involving minors.
• Content that includes or depicts non-consensual activity, including hidden-camera, voyeuristic or revenge-porn material.
• Content that includes or depicts sexual assault, coercion, force, or individuals who are unable to provide informed consent due to intoxication, unconsciousness or impairment.
• Content that contains, promotes or refers to discrimination, violence, firearms, weapons, drugs, prostitution, trafficking, incest, pregnancy, bestiality, revenge, self-harm and suicide.
• Content that is fake, deep-fake or AI generated.
• Manipulated or synthetic content intended to impersonate or depict a real individual, including deep-fakes, face swaps or other synthetic depictions created without that individual’s consent.
• Anyone’s personal data or confidential information.
• Content that violates copyright laws or property rights.
  Content that violates our policies may be rejected or removed from the platform. Repeated violations may result in the suspension or permanent termination of the creator’s account. Illegal content may be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law. Amigo Media AB also reserves the right to remove content that poses legal, safety or reputational risks to the platform.

Complaints and appeals
We have a customer support team that handles complaints that we receive, either via phone, e-mail or our contact form on the platform itself. This includes appeals for any person depicted that wish for their content to be removed.

General complaints will be handled within 5 business days. Content removal requests (illegal or non-consensual media) are handled within 24 hours. Content removal requests can be submitted by filling in our customer support form with the "Content removal" category selected.
