Creator Terms and Conditions

• The User must be at least 18 years of age to have a profile on Sinnergirls.
• Only the person who joined Sinnergirls.com and created a profile may use it. The disclosure of the username and password to someone else, allowing another person to operate the profile, or to pretend to be someone else's identity is not allowed. Sinnergirls has the right to immediately suspend a profile who does not comply with this User Agreement.
• Content featuring individuals who have not given explicit consent, including but not limited to images captured from television broadcasts, public gatherings, or incidental appearances of bystanders, is not permitted. We require that all content respects individuals’ privacy and rights to personal image, in alignment with data protection and privacy regulations.
• The User must ensure that all participants in published content are over 18 years of age and have given their written consent to participate. Sinnergirls may request documentation verifying the age, identity and consent of any person appearing in such content. If the required documentation cannot be provided upon request, the content will be removed from the platform.
• Content may be temporarily disabled while under review if concerns arise regarding its legality, consent or compliance with our policies.
• Repeated violations of our content policies may result in the suspension or permanent termination of the User’s account.
• Sinnergirls has the right to temporarily suspend a profile without notice for maintenance or other operational or technical activities. The profile is provided without guarantee and subject to errors and interruptions. Sinnergirls is not liable for damages arising out of or otherwise related to the use of, or failure to use the profile.
• The User must not mislead visitors by falsely or maliciously describing content.
• All content submissions are subject to review to verify compliance with our platform's content guidelines and legal standards. Content may be reviewed both before publication and after publication if reports or concerns are received. Content that does not meet these requirements will not be approved or may be removed from the platform.
• The following list outlines content types that are prohibited from being uploaded to our platform. This list is not exhaustive, and Amigo Media AB reserves the right to remove content that poses legal, safety or reputational risks to the platform.
• Content that constitutes hate speech, incitement, child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or unlawful depictions of violence.
• Content that includes or depicts non-consensual activity, including hidden-camera, voyeuristic or revenge-porn material.
• Content that includes or depicts sexual assault, coercion, force, or individuals who are unable to provide informed consent due to intoxication, unconsciousness or impairment.
• Content that appears to depict minors, or age-play scenarios that could reasonably be interpreted as involving minors.
• Manipulated or synthetic content intended to impersonate or depict a real individual, including deep-fakes, face swaps or other synthetic depictions created without that individual’s consent.
• Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights, such as the unauthorized posting of someone else's copyrighted images.
• Content that constitutes bad faith marketing or is otherwise contrary to the Marketing Act.
• Content that contains or discloses trade secrets without authorization.
• Content that constitutes slander, insults or other similar violations.
• Content that contains other people's personal information without authorization, including, without limitation, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, photos, social security numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information.
• Content that contains information that is confidential under the Secrecy Act (SFS 1980:100).
• Content that contains files with viruses, Trojan horses or other programs intended to harm another person's computer or computer programs.
• Content that is otherwise contrary to Swedish law. Illegal content may be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.
